DSDN® solution dyed nylon
What It Is:
DSDN® solution dyed nylon is a type 6,6 nylon that is widely available in basic patterned loop and some cut pile carpet. It is specially engineered to provide superior stain resistance, cleanability, soil performance and resilience when compared to competitive Type 6 nylon. DSDNŽ is ideal for markets including tenant improvement, hospitality rooms, institutional housing and education (K-12) when initial budget constraints preclude the use of Antron®.

Performance Comparisons:
Keep in mind that all solution dyed nylon are not inherently stain resistant. DSDNŽ, however, is engineered as a cationic nylon to provide superior stain resistance/cleanability when compared to competitive type 6 solution dyed nylon. Furthermore, when compared to competitive type 6 fibers, DSDNŽ excels in unsurpassed soil performance and resilience.
